Itinerary
Moving through land and sea
We hike, paddle, and move along Sardinia’s east coast, letting trail and water connect naturally.
From Cala Luna to the limestone walls of Gorropu Gorge, across the open spaces of Lanaitto Valley and down the wild descent to Codula Fuili.
Different landscapes. One continuous rhythm.
Everyday Sardinia
We spend time in small communities where life still moves at a human pace. Shared meals, family-run places, gestures repeated for generations.
This isn’t a cultural performance. It’s daily life, briefly shared.
Movement as habit
There are no workshops on longevity.
You experience it instead: moving every day, eating simply, resting well, spending time outdoors and around a table.
Nothing added. Nothing forced.
Food, done properly
Local food, prepared without shortcuts.
Seasonal ingredients, honest portions, meals that restore energy rather than impress.
Often shared. Sometimes in unexpected places.
*Please note: This coastline is shaped by wind and sea. Routes and activities may adapt to conditions so we can always choose the best option for the day. The experience remains the same. Only the path changes.
Arrival & Accommodation: Arrival in the Dorgali area. Transfer to your accommodation and time to settle in after the journey. The pace slows.
Initial Briefing: We meet as a group for a short briefing.
An overview of the days ahead, how we move between land and sea, and the rhythm that will guide the experience.
Clear expectations. Nothing forced.
Unwind & Explore: Free time to rest, explore the village, or simply be outside after travel.
An easy start, letting the body arrive before the movement begins.
Gather for Dinner: We come together for a shared welcome dinner. Local food, simple dishes, the first conversations around the table.

Morning Fuel: Start your day with a nourishing breakfast at the hotel, fueling up for the adventures ahead.
Into the Canyon: We start the day moving inland, following a trail that leads into Gorropu Gorge, one of Europe’s deepest limestone canyons.
The hike unfolds gradually. Rock walls rise higher, the air cools, sounds soften.
Inside the canyon, the pace slows naturally. We walk, pause, observe. There’s no need to rush through a place like this. During the day, we pause for a short coffee ritual break. A simple moment to stop, drink, and reset.
On the way back, near the end of the trail, we stop by the river. Cold, clear water flowing through stone.
Time for a refreshing swim, or simply to sit and cool down before the final stretch.
By mid-afternoon, we return toward the village of Dorgali. Time to rest, explore the village, or do nothing at all.
Dinner: In the evening, we gather for dinner. Local food, a shared table, time to slow down after the day.
Another quiet end. Tomorrow moves again.
Activity: Sea kayak · Swim
Destinations: Cala Luna – Dorgali
Meals: Breakfast, Packed Lunch, Dinner
Morning Fuel: Breakfast at the hotel before departure.
Along the Coast: We reach the coast and prepare the kayaks.
After a short briefing, we set off, paddling along limestone cliffs and open water, following the natural line of the shore. The pace is steady.
We move together, reading the sea as we go.
By late morning, we arrive at Cala Luna, one of the most striking coves on this coastline.
White pebbles, shallow water, wide caves offering shade.
Time to swim, rest, and let the body recover after the paddle.
Lunch break: We stop for a packed lunch by the sea. Feet in the sand, salt on the skin, nothing else to do.
In the afternoon, we paddle back along the coast. Same route, different light. The movement becomes quieter, more rhythmic.
By mid-afternoon, we return inland. Time to rest, shower, or simply slow down before the evening.
Dinner: In the evening, we gather for dinner. Local food, a shared table, unhurried conversation. Another day shaped by land and sea. Tomorrow changes again.
Activity: Dry canyoning · Rope descent · Swim
Destinations: Cala Fuili – Dorgali
Meals: Breakfast, Packed Lunch, Dinner
Morning Fuel: Breakfast at the hotel before departure.
Along the Coast:
We move inland toward Codula Fuili, a dry limestone canyon cutting through the Supramonte and leading directly to the sea.
After a short safety briefing, we enter the canyon and begin moving downstream. The walls narrow, the light shifts, the outside world fades.
The route unfolds step by step. We move on foot and through a series of rope descents, guided and unhurried. No prior experience is required. Each section is approached calmly, with time to learn, move, and feel comfortable.
Midway through the descent, we pause for a short coffee ritual break. A moment to stop, reset, and take in where we are. The canyon opens suddenly. Rock gives way to light, and we step out directly onto Cala Fuili.
Time to swim, float, rest on the beach, and eat something light by the sea. No schedule. Just space after the descent.
In the afternoon, we transfer back toward Dorgali.
Salt on the skin, the body pleasantly tired. Time to rest, shower, or simply slow down before the evening.
Dinner: In the evening, we gather for dinner. Local food, a shared table, unhurried conversation. One of the most memorable days of the journey. Tomorrow shifts again.
Destinations:Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport
Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel.
Time to pack, say goodbye, and ease into the morning. No rush. The week settles.
