6. Cancellations and Refunds

Booking your Adventure Holiday:
19. Making a Reservation: Book through our website, email, or authorized intermediaries. Provide required personal information and special requests during this process.
20. Deposit and Payment: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The full balance is due as specified prior to your adventure’s start date.
21. Reservation Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email detailing your adventure, remaining balance, and additional relevant information.
22. Changes and Cancellations by You and Us: Outlines the process and fees for making changes or cancellations to your reservation. NuAdventure also reserves the right to make necessary alterations or cancel tours based on operational requirements.

Activity Participation Rules

Care for Personal Belongings: NuAdventure disclaims liability for the loss or theft of personal items. Participants are advised to look after their belongings.
